We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, a service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to facilitate communication with our customers, provide support, and send transactional notifications (such as payment confirmations and account updates).
1. Data Collection and Processing When you interact with us through WhatsApp, we collect and process the following information within our Odoo ERP system:
- Your mobile phone number.
- Your WhatsApp profile name.
- The content of your messages and any attachments (images, PDFs, etc.).
- Technical metadata (e.g., message delivery status, read receipts, and timestamps).
2. Purpose of Use This data is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your direct inquiries.
- Send automated transactional alerts related to your business with us (e.g., invoices, delivery status).
- Improve our customer service experience.
3. Data Storage and Security Communication data is synced with our secure Odoo database. We implement strict technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. Meta also processes your data in accordance with the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service.
4. Your Rights and Opt-Out
- Opt-In: We only initiate conversations with you if you have provided prior explicit consent.
- Opt-Out: You may stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us at any time. Simply reply with the word "STOP". Once received, our Odoo system will automatically unsubscribe your number from future automated communications.
- Data Request: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you or request its deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
