SKAF FARM

SKAFFARM was established following the decision of Mr. Camille Skaff, the owner of ING Farm, to enhance the value of milk produced from the milking of nearly 200 cows on the dairy farm. The company's initial goal was to produce high-quality dairy products for the local market. In 2011, the company was founded, specializing in the production of 850 tons of traditional Lebanese dairy products, including Laban (yogurt), Labneh, and cheeses such as Akkawi, Baladi, Halloumi, and various other Lebanese cheeses.
In 2020, SKAFFARM expanded its product range by introducing foreign cheeses, such as Gouda, made in the Dutch style in collaboration with a cheese expert from the Netherlands. This collaboration lasted six days. Additionally, in September 2021, the company added another traditional Lebanese cheese, Majdoulé, to its offerings. Later that year, they began producing Mozzarella in shredded form rather than fresh. This expansion brought their catalog to nearly 20 finished products.
